• No jewelry please. Pieces can tear the covering on the equipment, not to mention you could damage your favorite piece of jewelry.
• Place your cell phone on silent.
• No perfume please. Others with sensitivities may be affected.
• Please wash/sanitize your hands before and after each class. Sanitizer is available throughout the studio. Be mindful someone may be finishing up their session when you arrive. Please make yourself at home and enjoy a cup of espresso, water from refrigerator or protein bar.
